Both the Cotton Express® 420 and 620 are driven by powerful turbocharged Case IH diesel engines designed for season after season of efficient, low maintenance service.
 
Plus, each of these powerful performers comes from the factory biodiesel-ready. The Cotton Express 420 is B20 approved, while the Cotton Express 620 is 100% biodiesel (B100) approved.

Cotton Express 420 Engine
The Cotton Express 420 is powered by an 8.3-L (505-CID), six-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine that produces 260 hp (193.8 kW). This highly efficient power plant features a dual-stage, dry type air filter with service indicator, a 135-amp alternator, and two 700 CCA 12-volt batteries. A large fuel capacity of 150 gal. (568 L) allows for a full day of picking before refueling.

Cotton Express 620 Engine
The Cotton Express 620 gets its power from a 9-L (550-CID), six-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine that produces 365 hp (272 kW). The air cleaner is a dual-stage, dry type with service indicator. The alternator produces 185 amps; the electrical system also features two 950 CCA 12-volt batteries. A 200-gal. (757-L) fuel tank means you can pick a full day of cotton between fuel stops.
