AXLES
To offer the widest range of options for your unique application, Maxxum® Series tractors provide you with a choice of front axles:
  • Limited Slip Differential Base and Heavy Duty Fixed Class 3 Axle
  • Multi Plate Hydraulic Engage Differential Lock with Fixed Heavy Duty Class 3 Axle
The rugged rear axle features a heavy-duty, wet-plate differential lock, with electro-hydraulic engagement. The flange axle is standard with a 2,490-mm bar axle optional.

Suspended Front Axle
A suspended front axle rides smoothly over rough terrain, delivering more power to the ground. The system allows for almost 4 in. (102 mm) of travel to absorb shocks and improve ride quality and steering control, by providing better ground contact.
