- AFS Support engineers are located close to the Case IH AFS engineering & development team.

resources and knowledge within the company are accessible for them and ultimately to You!

- Full integration with a centralized database/knowledge base.

- The ability to assist You on the job via mobile phone when You need help directly in-field

- The AFS Support Center team will “own” all issues through to resolution – to provide a superior customer experience.
