• AccuBoom Automatic Boom Section Control – Automatically turn off appropriate boom sections when the sprayer enters an area where product has already been applied, and automatically turn them back on when leaving a pre-applied area. When a Patriot sprayer enters an internally marked area like a waterway, you can set AccuBoom to automatically turn off sections, and you can automatically turn them back on when the sprayer leaves this boundary.
• As-Applied Mapping – Automatically record and map where you’ve applied inputs. In addition, track products used and their attributes, such as mixture, manufacturer information, EPA numbers and more, to simplify and improve record keeping and input tracking.
• Variable Rate Control – Adjust Patriot application rates manually or by using a prescription created with AFS software. Use prescription variable-rate application maps to apply more – or less – chemical or fertilizer to areas as needed to improve yields and save money with a more precise application.

Titan Series floaters allow you to accurately apply fertilizer and chemicals, season after season. Efficiency, efficacy and return on investment are improved with:

When a Titan floater enters an internally marked area like a waterway, you can set AccuBoom to automatically turn off sections and then automatically turn them back on when the floater leaves this boundary.
• As-Applied Mapping – Simplify and improve record keeping and input tracking. Automatically record and map where you’ve applied inputs and track the products applied, such as mixture, manufacturer information, EPA numbers and more.
• Variable Rate Control – Adjust rates manually on the go, or use a prescription map created with AFS software to better address the soil, yield and fertility variability across fields. A prescription variable-rate application map allows you to automatically apply more or less chemical or fertilizer to a specific area to improve efficiency, efficacy and minimize input use.

Plant by prescription with Early Riser planters:

• Automatic Section Control – Reduce overlaps and manage input costs with the automatic shut off and turn on of planter sections. Using as-applied product coverage maps or preset boundaries to control sections without operator intervention. Alternatively, you can manually shut off and turn on sections via hydraulic drives or the two electric clutches in the case of the Mechanical Drive Early Riser 1250s. The overlap detection feature shows where you’ve been and what you’ve done for improved efficiency, seed savings and increased yields.
• As-Applied Mapping & Variety Tracking – Automatically record and map where and what you’ve planted and other inputs used at what rates to streamline the record-keeping process. Use this information with variety tracking at harvest to correlate seed variety performance.
• Variable Rate – Apply a high seed population to fertile or well-irrigated soils to maximize yield potential, or reduce the rate on less-fertile or poorly irrigated soils. Vary rates of up to seven products automatically with a prescription variable-rate application map created with AFS software. Or adjust your seed population and liquid fertilizer rates manually.
  

Automatic Section Control for Planters

AFS AccuRow gives you the ability to shut off sections on Early Riser planters to reduce overlaps.

• AFS AccuRow air clutches and GPS mapping will automatically shut off the sections you don’t need to reduce seed overlap in your headlands and point rows.
• Automatically control up to 36 rows individually for improved efficiency, maximum savings in seed and increased yields.
• Overlap detection shows where you’ve been and what you’ve done to minimize overplanting and improve efficiency.

Control up to 20 sections on 2008 and prior Early Riser planters, using the same AFS Pro display for planter control and AFS AccuRow control.

AFS AccuControl minimizes the need for multiple displays in the cab, using the same user-friendly interface that has become a trademark of Case IH displays. Using AFS AccuControl rate controller technology in conjunction with an AFS Pro 700 display, you can:

• Vary sprayer, spreader, planter and seeder rates
• Turn implement sections, including non-Case IH implements, on and off for improved efficiency

Using AFS AccuControl, producers can take advantage of Rawson drives:

• Allow a maximum of four different rates for variable rate seeding to reduce inputs and increase yields
• Control up to two liquid products and vary the rate on each, for accurate liquid fertilizer application
