High-Performance Construction 

The Tiger-Mate 200 field cultivator offers these standard features:

• Positive, mechanical depth control for uniform depth

• Walking tandems on the mainframe and each wing section

• Stabilizing wheels on each wing section 

One-Way Pivoting Stabilizer Wheel

• Optional one-way pivot:
  • Allows stabilizer wheel to pivot when it is on the outside position of a turn
  • Maintains proper depth control
  • Reduces side loads on the wheel and tire
• Stop built into the stabilizer wheel:
  • Prevents wheel from wobbling when operating in a straight line or on the outside of a turn

Bridge Frame Design 

• Five-bar frame utilizes:
  • 3x4-in. (76x102-mm) tubing side by side
  • 2x2-in. (51x51-mm) tubing front to rear
• Lap welds:
  • Increase strength
  • Extend frame life

Options To Match Conditions 

The Case IH Tiger-Mate 200 can be enhanced with:

• Advanced Leveling System (ALS) or
• Advanced Conditioning System (ACS) harrows

These additions can be made with or without the optional Case IH Crumbler^® attachment, depending on soil conditions and desired outcome. Based on your soil environment and farming practices, the ideal combination of tools can be configured to:

• Properly distribute residue
• Size clods
• Firm the seed zone

With a combination of the Split-the-Middle Sweep (SMS) pattern and 6-in. (152-mm) shank spacing, the Tiger-Mate^® 200 thoroughly mixes residue with the soil. 

• Incorporates nutrients evenly
• Reduces “hot spots” that can burn the roots of young seedlings

Cut Pattern 

• The first three rows of shanks take a full cut through the soil
• The fourth and fifth rows cut out the middles
• Soil, residue and chemicals are mixed and spread uniformly across the width of the unit
• Components are mixed thoroughly throughout the tillage depth
• Results in even tracking and uniform sweep wear
  • Even loading on each side of the sweep prepares a level seedbed
    • Promotes uniform emergence
      

Case IH Tiger-Mate^® 200 Advanced Leveling Systems (ALS) evenly distribute soil and residue behind the field cultivator for a smooth, level field finish and easier planting.

Three different ALS options are available for varying soil types:

• Tiger-tine™ harrow
• Coil tine harrow
• Spike tooth harrow
  

Tiger-tine Harrow 

The Tiger-tine™ harrow uses a combination of split-the-middle indexed-tine placement, parallel linkage and three tine angle adjustments to achieve superior field performance.

• Indexed tines on four bars
  • Create smooth, level fields
  • Evenly distribute soil and residue
  • Break clods
  • Kill weeds
• Double tines on the first rank are evenly centered between sweeps
  • Knock down the ridge left by shanks
• Second, third and fourth ranks split the middle prior to ranks again
  • Level any remaining ridge
• Results in an effective, 20-in. (51-mm) tine spacing
  • Unparalleled performance
  • Handles heavy residue without bunching or allowing clumped residue to drag
• Parallel linkage and non-linked tine bars
  • Allows for independent movement and flexibility
  • Prevents skips and gouges when going over terraces and through draws
  • Keeps the unit level from front to back and side to side
  • Depth and level adjustments are eliminated for maximum productivity
• Two pins per arm adjust the tine angle and spring pressure (no tools needed)
  • 5 degrees – for aggressive leveling in heavy soils with minimal residue
  • 20 degrees – the standard setting for most soils and residue
  • 35 degrees – for extremely heavy residue

Coil Tine Harrow

• Three-bar design and 15-in. (38-cm) rank
• Promotes excellent residue flow and leveling
• 16-in. (41-cm)-long, 7/16-in. (11.1-mm)-diameter double-coil tines with 1 1/2-in. (63.5-mm) effective spacing
• Tines rotate to prevent damage when backing up

Spike Tooth Harrow

• Five-bar design and 10-in. (254-mm) rank
• Promotes excellent leveling and clod breakage
• 11-in. (279-mm)-long, 3/4-in. (19-mm)-square wide teeth with 1 1/2-in. (38-mm) effective spacing

ACS Round

The ACS Round is used for moderate clod sizing and seedbed firming. Its round rods:

• Crush clods
• Firm soil fines
• Leave protective larger clods on top

The unit has the same dimensions as the industry-leading Case IH Crumbler^®, only with hollow rods.

• Excellent in mellow or sandy soils
• Works best in dry to moderately wet conditions
• Can be run in wetter conditions than the Crumbler

ACS Flat 

The ACS Flat is the choice for aggressive clod sizing without firming:

• Knife-like blades cut clods and throw soil and residue
• The aggressive soil-throwing action mixes fines and clods without firming
• Speeds drying
• All down-pressure is concentrated on cutting action
• Works well in hard or high-clay soil
• Can run in wet or dry conditions
• Can be run in wetter conditions than the Crumbler^® or ACS Round
