Farmall® C Straddle Series 

All Farmall^® C Series tractors are powered by a 4-cylinder, Tier 3-compliant diesel engine that’s clean burning, fuel efficient and features:

• 3.2 L (195 CID) on the Farmall 65C and 75C
• 4.5 L (274 CID) on the Farmall 85C and 95C
• Bosch fuel injection
• Turbocharged and intercooled aspiration
• Electric fuel shutoff
• Thermostart starting aid on Farmall 65C and 75C
• Air intake grid heater starting aid on Farmall 85C and 95C
• 19.8-gal. (75-L) fuel tanks on Farmall 65C and 75C
• 23.2-gal. (88-L) fuel tanks on Farmall 85C and 95C

Choose from two transmissions on Farmall^® C tractors: the standard 16x16 with mechanical shuttle or optional 16x16 with Power Shuttle. Both provide:

• More convenience and speeds than a typical utility tractor — including three gears below 1 mph (1.6 kph) for precise movement in tight quarters
• Optional higher-speed (25-mph/40-kph) transmission (standard on Farmall 95C) for quicker transport between job sites
• Optional hydraulically engaged wet clutch for smooth performance and long life
• Digital ground-speed display, ideal for spraying, fertilizing and planting

Standard 16x16 Transmission

• Four speeds in each of four ranges
• Shift from forward to reverse in any gear with the synchronized mechanical shuttle lever
• The shuttle lever is located on the left, freeing your right hand for other controls, like the loader joystick

16x16 Power Shuttle Transmission

• Eliminates the need to clutch
  • Ideal for loader-intensive applications
• Wet clutch pack helps extend the life of the Power Shuttle
• Power Shuttle control is located on the left side of the tilt/telescoping steering column
  • Leaves your right hand free to work implement controls

Choose the comfort and convenience you demand: a straddle-mount ROPS platform or a spacious, climate-controlled cab. The platform on both Farmall^® C cab and ROPS models is ISO-mounted to reduce noise and vibration and includes:

• An ergonomic operator environment for long days in the seat
• A tilt and telescoping steering column for optimal positioning and fatigue-fighting operation
• Low center of gravity and overhead clearance for operating on hillsides and height-restricted areas

ROPS

• The roomy ROPS platform shares nearly the same features as the Farmall C cab:
  • Adjustable vinyl seat with optional armrests
  • Controls are next to the seat within easy reach
  • Electronic instrumentation, including a digital speed display for sensitive applications such as spraying, fertilizing or planting
• Foldable ROPS is standard with an optional dealer-installed horizontal exhaust
  • Ideal for low-clearance access when working inside buildings

Cab

The Farmall C cab is comfortable and climate controlled with:

• Factory-installed air conditioning and heating
• Deluxe cab air filter that removes allergens and dust, provides a continuous supply of fresh air and is easy to reach for cleaning
• Superior visibility
• Optional suspension seat for long hours in the cab

Farmall^® C Straddle Series tractors offer:

• A high-capacity hydraulic system that meets the demands of your heaviest attachments
• Two separate hydraulic pumps — one for the implement, one dedicated to steering
• A rugged 3-point hitch with lift capacity of up to 3,960 lbs. (1,796 kg) at 24 in. (610 mm) — more than most competitive models
• A smooth-engaging, fully independent PTO system

 

Hydraulics

 
• Features include:
  • A standard open-center rear remote
  • Up to four optional remote valves
  • An optional loader-mounted valve and joystick control for loader operation
• Hydraulics are handled by two separate pumps:
  • Implement pump provides:
    • 12.8 gpm (48 Lpm) — or 16.1 gpm (61 Lpm) with high-flow option or cab — on Farmall 65C and Farmall 75C
    • 16.1 gpm (61 Lpm) on Farmall 85C and 95C
  • Steering and services pump provides:
    • 7.4 gpm (28 Lpm) — or 9.4 gpm (35 Lpm) with high-flow option — on  Farmall 65C and 75C
    • 9.4 gpm (35 Lpm) on Farmall 85C and 95C
 
Hitch
 
• Farmall C tractors’ tough 3-point hitch is made of forged steel and features:
  • A 3,960-lb. (1,796-kg) lift capacity at 24 in. (610 mm) — built to handle hefty tools quickly and easily
  • Standard telescoping stabilizers, flexible link ends and a lift-arm leveling system allow for quick, easy hookup to 3-point mounted equipment
  • Lower link draft sensing for precise control
  • Two lever controls — one for position, one for draft sensitivity
  • A convenient Fast Raise/Lower feature saves time by providing push-button control of 3-point hitch, making turns easier by returning implement to its working depth
 
PTO
 
• PTO operation is independent of tractor ground speed
  • You can stop the tractor without stopping the PTO and vice versa
• PTO is mechanically engaged
  • Operates using a single lever conveniently located on your left to simplify operation

Farmall® C axles are available in 2WD or MFD configurations and are:

• Adjustable to various tread settings to suit different cropping needs
• Tough enough to take the punishment of field and transport

Other advantages:

• A 55-degree turn angle on the MFD and 2WD axles provides maximum maneuverability in tight spaces
• Standard mechanical differential lock on rear axles and limited slip front axle on MFD models provide added traction in slippery, tough conditions
• With a wide wheelbase, extra weight and strength, Farmall C tractors easily handle implements like seeders and sprayers

Fast, easy Quick-Latch system allows you to install and remove loader in minutes without extra hands or tools. Quick-Attach faceplate lets you switch easily between attachments.

Central hydraulic valve allows all hydraulic hoses to connect at one point.
