How to Enter:
1. Like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram
2. Post a photo of what harvest means to you
3. Hashtag with your pic #heartofharvest & #mycaseih
The top 5 entries each week (Friday to Friday) will be selected by Case IH and will be shared on Facebook and Instagram. The photo which receives the most number of likes across both platforms wins. Weekly winners will be announced each Wednesday.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The promoter is Case IH Australia
2. Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only
3. To enter the “Heart of Harvest” competition you must “Like” our Facebook page and "Follow" us on Instagram. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. The top 5 entries each week will be selected by Case IH and will be shared on Facebook and Instagram. The photo which receives the most number of likes across both wins. Weekly winners will be announced each Wednesday.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
7. Winners will be chosen and announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
8. The winner will be notified by private message on Facebook and Instagram. The winner must provide email address and then claim/book prize within 28 days of competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
9. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material on Facebook or Instagram
12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
