Case IH, a global leader in agricultural equipment, has appointed Gabriele Hammerschmid as Director for Sales Administration and Demand Planning - Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Based at Case IH’s European headquarters in St Valentin, Austria, Gabriele has been with the company for more than 25 years, during which time she has worked in a number of different departments and roles, including logistics, parts, sales and marketing, latterly as Marketing Director – EMEA.
In her new role, Gabriele is responsible for planning the requirements for all Case IH product lines and production facilities throughout the world. Managing a team of 30 industry professionals, Gabriele also works closely with Case IH sales teams on a global level to co-ordinate the availability of products between regions and ensure that the process of ordering, shipping and delivering equipment manufactured at the company’s production facilities around the world operates smoothly and to schedule. Her role also includes the provision of support to the global network of Case IH dealers through to the point of sale.
