Engineered to be a high-speed planter, the 2130 Early Riser can be customized from the factory for specialty operations, including:
- Irrigation: The stack-fold configuration brings row units close to the tractor, so an operator can easily maneuver and plant as close as possible to an irrigation ditch or pipe.
- Strip-till: The mounted design eliminates draft so the planter follows the tractor, and in turn, more precisely follows guidance lines.
- Wide rows: 30-, 36-, 38- and 40-inch row configurations offer options for wide rows of specialty crops.
- Multiple crop types: An improved metering system gently handles each seed, providing reliable seed delivery for a variety of crops, including cotton, peanuts and edible dry beans.
The 2130 Early Riser is designed with enhanced features to boost productivity:
- Fully integrated in-furrow liquid fertilizer delivery system with tractor-mounted tank is specifically designed for the 2000 Early Riser series planter lineup.
- Choose between 1.9 bushel on-row hopper or new 50-bushel bulk fill tank for increased seed capacity.
- Wing downforce evenly distributes weight across the planter tool-bar, achieving constant pressure on the gauge wheels for accurate seed depth across varying soil conditions and speeds.
- Fast, convenient stacking allows for easy transport from field to field and brings the planter closer to the tractor so you can back right up to the edge of the field and start planting.
