Active Header Flotation
Achieve a cleaner, more consistent cut that protects the value of your crop. The Active Header Flotation system automatically adjusts to ground contours, eliminating scalping to ensure uniform, high-quality results with less effort. Maintaining a more consistent ground pressure and an enhanced up float and down float, you get better terrain following, superior cut quality, and better header protection.
A guided calibration process automatically sets proper header ground pressure—no manual lifting or pressure adjustments are required. This improves consistency across machines and ensures optimal performance fleet wide.
Float Graphical User Interface
Simple, icon-based touch controls make it easy to quickly adjust settings to match changing conditions, without risking performance through incorrect manual pressure inputs.
The visual interface removes language barriers, prevents extreme or accidental adjustments, and lets operators instantly revert to previous settings with no numbers to remember.
Machine Cooling
A variable speed, hydraulically driven cooling fan improves engine temperature management, reducing load and fuel consumption.
Cooling performance is boosted with a rear screen offering more than three times the louvered area of the previous models (4,805 sq. in. vs. 1,396 sq. in.). The 32 inch fan is 14% larger, delivers greater airflow at lower speeds, reverses for screen cleaning, and the new single plane cooler layout reduces airflow resistance.
Triple Windrow Attachment
The Triple Windrow Attachment (TWA) turns your machine into more than just a cutting and conditioning implement. The TWA eliminates the need to rake and merge with other implements – saving time, fuel, and expense. The TWA can build the windrow of your choice by merging two or three swaths into a single windrow.

In the field, achieve operating speeds of up to 20 MPH. Combined with the unmatched productivity of Case IH headers, you simply get more done in a day.
Get to the field with road speeds up to 30 MPH. Transporting just 15 miles, that means a WD6 Series windrower arrives about 6.5 minutes faster to the field, giving time to harvest nearly 4 acres before these key competitors have arrived. That also means the total time saved on that one trip (out and back) is 13 minutes. With five similar trips in a day, that means a full hour of transport time saved.

Designed for driving accuracy and speed, Case IH WD6 series windrowers are built for productivity. The drive by wire steering and a ground drive system directly control the ground drive pump and wheel motors for customizable comfort and control at all speeds.
Operator Environment

All Case IH WD6 series windrowers feature a spring-type, cab-dampening suspension to isolate the cab from abrupt movements.

WD6 series windrowers get more work done with faster processing and more room to work. The Pro 700 Plus display provides the same intuitive Pro 700 experience providing complete overview of all windrower functions providing one interface to control, monitor and manage all functions. The larger size and higher resolution screen delivers a familiar color palette and user navigation with larger user defined windows, bigger and easier to read fonts, and a full glass surface has an anti-fingerprint coating to prevent smudges.

Efficient Power: With four models up to 285-rated horsepower, there is a windrower right for your operation. Choose from the WD1506 with a 150-rated horsepower, the WD2106 with a 210-rated horsepower, the WD2506 at a 250-rated horsepower, and the WD2905 that boasts a 285-rated horsepower.
Clean Power: WD6 Series windrowers are equipped with our patented Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) - only exhaust aftertreatment technology to meet Tier 4 B/Final emissions requirements. Because SCR does its work outside the engine, the engine can be tuned to operate at its peak power and fuel efficiency.
Economical power with the same self-propelled windrower benefits. Choose any clean cutting HDX 2 series sickle head, productive RD135 13-foot rotary disc head, or big swathing performance with a Honeybee WSC series draper.
Six-cylinder performance for owner-operators and fleet operations. The 210 Rated horsepower is well suited to RD135 and RD165 rotary disc heads, all HDX 2 series sickle heads and the Honeybee WSC series draper. Choose standard 22 mph road speed or save transport time with fast 30 mph transport.
Gain the power to maximize productivity in all crop conditions. With 250 rated horsepower, choose an RD165 rotary disc head or the extra capacity of the industry’s widest cutting RD195 rotary disc head.
