Spray the Right Rate in All Speeds and Terrains
AIM Command FLEX™ II maintains the right application rate, pressure and accuracy by compensating for speed and terrain.
- Standard – The user enters target pressure and target flow rates. The main product pump controls the target pressure, and the nozzles control the target flow rate.
- Bypass – Operates as a traditional conventional based flow-control, where NCV’s must be bypassed, and pump speed is adjusted to meet target flow.
- On/Off – Works the same as Bypass, except it opens the nozzles to 100% so they can be used without having to open a manual bypass valve. This mode also provides the benefit of individual nozzle control while using Air Induction tips. Turn compensation is not available in this mode.
- High-Flow – Allows both conventional and standard nozzles to run simultaneously. Individual nozzle control does not work in this mode. User enters target pressure and target flow rate. Operation is identical to “Standard” except flow rates are higher since there are two nozzles running in parallel.
- VP (Variable Pressure) – Operates similar to Standard, but the target pressure is calculated based off of a target duty cycle that the user desires the nozzles to operate at. The system control priority is target flow, then target nozzle duty cycle. This mode gives a wider range of operating flows in scenarios where operational pressure is not a priority, i.e. fertilizer application.
- High-Flow VP – Combines VP and High Flow. User does not enter target pressure, only target flow rate. Target pressure is calculated the same as in VP mode, but flow is from two nozzles as in High-Flow mode.
