You spend a lot of time researching and selecting the right hybrids and seed varieties for your farm. It makes good sense to choose a planter that fits your individual operation — one that will help those carefully selected seeds reach their full yield potential.
We think choice is good. That’s why Case IH offers a full line of Early Riser® planters — along with the latest technology — designed to match your fields, soil types and conditions and the way you like to farm. Here are some options to consider as you evaluate your needs this year and in the years ahead:
2000 series Early Riser planter
Our latest planting innovation, the 2000 series Early Riser planter, is the first to factory-integrate industry-leading seed placement technologies, including the vSet® 2 meter and vDrive® electric drive and DeltaForce® hydraulic down force. But at the core of the 2000 series Early Riser planter is the rugged, best-in-class row unit.
Built with heavy-duty cast components, the 2000 series stands up to high speeds and tough, fast-changing conditions. A 26-inch toolbar clearance, plus a 60 percent increase in vertical row-unit travel, helps accommodate uneven terrain without sacrificing accurate seed depth and consistent closing — even at speeds up to 10 miles per hour. The 2000 series features models easily customized to a range of soil types, terrain, fertilizer/chemical application needs and varying crop residue management practices. Choose the model and structural design that best meets your needs:
2160 Front Fold Trailing. A 32-row planter with 30-inch spacing, 36-row planter with 20-, 22- or 30-inch spacing or 47-row split-row planter with 15-inch spacing — available in wheeled or tracked carriers. Toolbars ranging from 60- to 90-feet.
