Explore Features

  • Unmatched Comfort, Visibility and Control

With one of the largest and quietest cabs among the foremost combine manufacturers, the Axial-Flow cab gives you industry-leading glass and unsurpassed sight lines so you can keep an eye on the entire header. With its ergonomic and intuitive design, you get maximized comfort and productivity.

Pro 1200 dual displays provide superior high-definition visibility in any conditions and a fully customizable touch screen. The large displays feature an anti-glare screen for optimum visibility and allow for instant grain quality imaging for a real-time, high-definition look at harvested grain. The Pro 1200 dual displays allow the operator customize the display to meet their needs, input Harvest Command settings, set up guidance and share real-time data and critical machine information with remote managers, consultants and technicians

    • Two-tone leather seats with a new light wheat cab liner colors
    • The cab acts as a mobile office with USB ports, separate power outlet, cell phone holder, and AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth® weather band radio
    • Enjoy better visibility with standard halogen stadium lighting and optional upgraded light packages
    • Seating includes either cloth or optional high-backed leather seats and an instructional seat backrest that folds down into a work surface.
    • A portable electric refrigerator to keep food and drinks cool from home to field
    • Plus, even more deluxe and luxury options for cab trim, shades, and storage
  • Combine Automation Simplifies Operation

Harvest Command™ combine automation prioritizes different harvesting outcomes — from grain quality to grain savings to throughput. Choose the mode of automation to match your harvesting goals. Set the crop type, maximum operating speed and power limits and Harvest Command handles the rest.

  • Eliminate Guesswork During Harvesting

Every harvest deserves state-of-the-art precision. Case IH precision technology offers a wide array of solutions to meet this demand – straight from the factory, subscription-free for the life of the modem hardware. Easily select the tech package that’s right for you, including the new Vector Pro receiver that delivers improved guidance.

    • RowGuide Pro™- RowGuide Pro combines GPS with advanced sensor technology for seamless row tracking, even through breaks in standing corn, like waterways. Enhanced steering ensures increased accuracy while moving through the field, keeping your harvest on-row and on-target. For the operator, it means less stress in the field and more time focusing on other aspects of your harvest.
    • AccuSync® - Be more efficient while getting more accurate real-time data. AccuSync allows multiple combines to share guidance lines and coverage data.
    • AccuGuide™ - AccuGuide is a fully integrated autoguidance system that allows you to achieve sub-inch level accuracy and maintain accurate row positioning across different types of terrain and field conditions.
    • Yield and Moisture Monitoring - Single point yield calibration provides greater, increased accuracy.
  • Accuracy Across the Combine

We’ve improved the performance and reliability of sensors throughout the combine, including:

    • Clean grain auger speed
    • Cleaning shoe shake speed
    • Spreader position
    • Rotor drive speed limit switches
    • Unloading auger position
    • Rear ladder position
    • High-temp sensor
  • Increased Functional Performance

A high-capacity feeding system is designed to enhance crop flow and improve feeding into the combine, resulting in smooth crop flow and reduced wear. The advanced feederhouse and feeder gearbox design allows material to move faster and more consistently into the combine.

  • Control Your Harvest

Case IH pioneered single rotor development back in the 1960s. Since then, refinements, enhancements and improvements have led to the pinnacle in rotor performance — the AFX rotor. The AFX rotor can be set into many configurations, adapting to both crop and threshing conditions.

  • Handle Greater Capacity on Uneven Terrain and Varying Conditions

Axial-Flow combines match the cleaning system capacity to the size of the machine, providing superior productivity, grain sample quality and savings. The Cross Flow™ cleaning system’s patented design delivers consistently clean grain samples even in the most difficult harvest conditions.

    • Cross Flow Cleaning System - In-cab sensor automatically detects uneven ground and the cleaning system oscillates front to back and side to side, creating an elliptical motion to evenly disperse the crop on the upper sieve. This maximizes cleaning capacity and increases productivity up to 20 percent.
    • Auger Bed - The six-auger system helps deliver up to 5,000 bushels per hour. The left-hand auger rotates in the opposite direction of the other augers to provide even filling of the cleaning area.
    • Cross-Flow Fan - Creates a vortex which super charges the air flow, giving a full-balanced flow across the entire sieve. The air enters the full width of the fan from the top, resulting in superior air flow.
    • Tailings Design - Repositioned tailings elevator allows greater access to the right side of the combine for easier service and maintenance.
  • Reduce Your Unload Time

Large grain tanks, longer augers and quick-folding tool-free grain tank extensions are standard on all Axial-Flow combine models — resulting in more efficient field operation.

High-capacity grain handling features include a larger clean-grain elevator designed to match greater throughput and capacity – up to 5,000 bushels an hour, a grain tank with up to a 350-bushel capacity, high unload rates, optional pivoting spout and choice of unload auger options.

A new electrical clutch shuts off the cross auger via the multifunctional handle, allowing the unloading tube to fully empty. This is especially useful when unloading on the go into grain carts, helping to prevent grain loss and reducing the risk of overloading the drive system.

  • Maintain Easy, Effective Control

The Case IH residue management system handles tough residue associated with new crop genetics. The rotor discharge deflectors deflect residue to a central feeding point towards the chopper. The chopper blades are mounted in a chevron pattern for better chop quality, the windrow chute features two residue modes and the hydraulically driven spreader is adjustable from the cab.

This system delivers consistency across a variety of header widths, helps prepare the ground for next year’s crop, and creates consistent windrow formations and long straw for baling. From tillage to livestock demands, we offer the widest range of residue management features on the market.

  • Two-speed Electric Shift Transmission Provides Seamless Control

Simplicity and convenience or superior control, Axial-Flow 160 series combines are equipped with the highly efficient 8.7L FPT engine prioritizes fuel economy for your bottom line.

    • Electric shift transmission - High and low-speed ranges allow you to take on different field conditions without needing to shift. Easier shifting combined with improved traction maximizes your harvest window and field productivity.
    • Pump Drive/Separator Drives - Our improved PTO gear case design ensures pumps and drives operate efficiently at a lower 2,100 rpm, which maximizes fuel savings and decreases engine wear.
  • Make the Most of Your Season

Through customer-driven input, Case IH is committed to maximizing productivity while making your job easier.

    • Convenient access with fewer belts and chains to adjust and maintain
    • Exclusive, interactive training program helps you better understand the components, operation and adjustment of Axial-Flow combines.
